Ai Ogura ruled out of British MotoGP with possible tibia fracture in opening practice injury update

MotoGP rookie Ai Ogura has been confirmed as unable to continue competing in the British Grand Prix weekend after suffering a right leg injury during the opening practice session. This setback emerged as the Trackhouse rider attempted a return later that day but had to withdraw early due to a knee issue.

Details of Ai Ogura’s injury and diagnosis

Following the Friday accident at Turn 2 in Free Practice 1, medical evaluations identified a possible fracture at the top of Ogura’s right tibia. This finding led to the decision that he is unfit to ride for the remainder of the event. Ogura will now travel back to Barcelona for further examination and treatment.
