Venturini Motorsports has confirmed that Kris Wright will rejoin their ARCA Menards Series driver lineup for the 2025 season. Wright is scheduled to drive a Venturini-prepared Toyota Camry in three races, launching his comeback at Iowa Speedway on August 1, then competing at Watkins Glen International on August 8, and concluding at Kansas Speedway on September 26. This return marks a highly anticipated ARCA Menards Kris Wright return to the team’s competitive roster.
An Experienced Racer Returns to a Familiar Team
Kris Wright brings a versatile background, having raced across multiple disciplines, including NASCAR’s Xfinity and Truck Series, as well as sports car competitions like the IMSA Prototype Challenge and LMP3 categories. Wright previously raced with Venturini Motorsports in 2023 and 2024, achieving a full-time effort in 2024 that culminated in a third-place finish in the ARCA national driver championship standings. The Pennsylvania native has 35 career starts in ARCA, earning eight top-five and twelve top-ten finishes, underscoring his consistency and competitiveness.
Diverse Schedule Offers a Blend of Oval and Road Course Challenges
The 2025 race lineup for Wright spans ovals and road courses, giving him opportunities to demonstrate his adaptability across different track types. Wright’s schedule begins at the short oval of Iowa Speedway, moves to the road course at Watkins Glen International, and finishes at Kansas Speedway’s intermediate oval. This combination is designed to leverage his broad skill set and enhance his presence in the ARCA Menards Series.
