Joshua Michael Bilicki, born on June 3, 1995, is an American professional stock car racing driver from Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Standing 6 feet 3 inches tall, Bilicki has built a long career across NASCAR’s national touring series, including the NASCAR Cup Series, the NASCAR Xfinity Series, and the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. He has also competed in a variety of sports car racing events throughout his career.

Early Life and Background
Joshua Michael Bilicki was born and raised in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, a suburb of Milwaukee. Growing up in the upper Midwest placed him close to several important racing venues, including Road America in Elkhart Lake and the Milwaukee Mile. Wisconsin’s strong short-track and snowmobile racing culture helped shape his early interest in competitive motorsports.
Bilicki began racing at age four in kid-karts and quickly advanced through the junior categories. After moving through Yamaha 100cc karts and 80cc Shifter Karts, he earned regional and national recognition by winning races across the United States. After a difficult opening weekend that included a qualifying crash and a dead battery during the race, he returned to the team later that season for additional starts, including his first oval race since 2012 at the Ticket Galaxy 200.
In 2017, Bilicki expanded his schedule, running several Xfinity races for Obaika and B. J. McLeod Motorsports. He made his Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series debut at Sonoma Raceway in June with Rick Ware Racing and later ran his first Cup oval race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. He finished the year with a strong twelfth-place run at his home track of Road America.
Xfinity Series Breakthrough (2018-2019)
On February 5, 2018, Bilicki was announced as the driver for startup team JP Motorsports for a full Xfinity Series season. He continued to develop his skills and build relationships across the garage throughout the year, working to bring sponsorship to underfunded teams.

After Chris Buescher was disqualified, Bilicki was promoted to tenth place, earning his first top-ten finish across NASCAR’s top three national divisions.
In 2022, Bilicki did not return to Rick Ware Racing. Instead, he drove the No. 77 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 for Spire Motorsports in a near-full Cup Series season. In 2025, Bilicki continued with DGM Racing on a part-time Xfinity Series schedule and ran Cup Series events with Garage 66 in the No. 66 Ford Mustang Dark Horse. At Daytona, he was involved in a pit-road incident but returned to the track and finished fourteenth. On November 13, 2025, it was revealed that Bilicki would not return to DGM Racing in 2026.
