Early Life and Background
Joshua Robert Reaume was born on October 11, 1990, in Redlands, California. He spent a significant part of his childhood in Nigeria, where his parents worked in humanitarian aid. After moving to Canada at the age of fifteen, Reaume began his racing journey by competing in go-karts alongside his brother Jonathan at Western Speedway on Vancouver Island. His early success in karting included winning the Junior Honda championship in 2004 and the Junior Rotax titles in 2005 and 2006.
Path to NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series
Reaume transitioned to stock car racing in 2009, competing in the NASCAR Grand American Modifieds California Series.
