Jason Kitzmiller Eyes Breakout Bristol Performance in ARCA’s Final Races

With only four races left in the 2025 ARCA Menards Series, experienced driver Jason Kitzmiller and his A.L.L. Construction Racing team are determined to end the season with consistent, strong performances. The team is centering its efforts on maximizing every lap and securing solid finishes to build momentum heading into the final events.

Following a brief one-week pause, the ARCA Menards Series returns to action at Bristol Motor Speedway in Tennessee. Thursday night will feature the highly anticipated Bush’s Beans 200 at what is often called The Last Great Colosseum, a venue known for its tough, fast-paced racing.

Bristol’s Unique Challenge Tests Drivers’ Endurance and Skill

Bristol Motor Speedway’s half-mile, high-banked concrete oval is famed for its demanding, close-quarters racing, which tests drivers’ patience, physical endurance, and tactical precision. For Kitzmiller, competing at Bristol represents a chance to demonstrate the growth his team has made throughout the season while setting a strong tone for the remaining races.

The pressure is high, with championship points and momentum at stake. Kitzmiller and his crew are eager to deliver a race that highlights their tenacity and hard work.

We’ve had our ups and downs this season, but I really feel like our A.L.L. Construction Racing team has stayed hungry and focused,

said Jason Kitzmiller.

Bristol demands full mental and physical commitment from drivers, but that intensity also makes the race enjoyable. With just a handful of events left, Kitzmiller’s strategy focuses on smart driving, avoiding trouble, and securing a finish that reflects the team’s dedication.

Building Experience at New Tracks This Season

Bristol will be Kitzmiller’s 12th new track on the 2025 ARCA calendar, adding to a season filled with valuable learning opportunities. The Petersburg, West Virginia native plans to leverage all the knowledge gained from tackling fresh venues this year to tackle Bristol’s fast and unforgiving concrete oval.

I’ve been fortunate to tackle a lot of new tracks this year, and every one of them has taught me something I can carry forward,

Kitzmiller noted.

Bristol has such a reputation — it’s fast, it’s tight, and it’s unforgiving — but I know with the support of my team and the preparation we’ve put in, we can go there and be competitive. The key will be to stay patient, race smart, and let the race come to us.

Personal Stakes High as Father and Son Compete Side by Side

Beyond his own ambitions in the No. 97 Chevrolet SS, Kitzmiller carries a personal investment in Bristol’s 200-lap event. This marks the fourth time this season he will race against his son, Isaac Kitzmiller, who is battling for his first ARCA Menards Series East championship. The teenager faces one of the most important races of his young career on this challenging track.

Kitzmiller plans to maintain focus on his race, but he will closely observe his son’s efforts throughout what promises to be a grueling contest.

As a dad, there’s nothing more rewarding than watching your son chase his dreams, and I couldn’t be prouder of Isaac,

said Jason Kitzmiller.

We’re both competitors on the track, but at the end of the day, I want to see him succeed just as much as I want to succeed myself. Bristol is no easy place to race and for him to be in the middle of a championship fight at a place like this speaks volumes about his talent and determination.

Consolidating Consistency Despite Tough Competition

Through 16 races, Kitzmiller has logged 11 top-10 finishes, a testament to the steady growth of his A.L.L. Construction Racing team this season. Still, he acknowledges Bristol will likely offer his toughest challenge yet, given its reputation as The World’s Fastest Half-Mile.

We’ve worked really hard to be consistent this year, and those top-10s are proof of the progress this team has made,

explained Kitzmiller.

Bristol is a whole different animal — it’s fast, it’s demanding and it doesn’t give you much room for error.

But if we can stay out of trouble and be there at the end, I think we can add another solid finish to our season and keep building on the momentum we’ve created.

Strong Support from Long-Term Partners Boosts Team Confidence

Heading into Bristol, the No. 97 car continues its partnership with Carter Machinery, the primary sponsor for the 17th consecutive race this season. Carter Machinery, a long-standing dealer of Caterpillar (Cat®) equipment, has deep roots in Virginia and West Virginia, expanding its reach across the Mid-Atlantic region after acquiring Alban Tractor Company in 2020.

Carter Machinery offers a comprehensive range of Cat® products and services, supported by an expert team and a large inventory of parts and rental equipment, making it a vital partner in A.L.L. Construction Racing’s ongoing success.

We’re really excited to have two A.L.L. Construction Racing cars on track at Bristol — one chasing a win and the other fighting for an ARCA East championship,

Kitzmiller said.

It’s a big moment for our family and our team, and none of it would be possible without the incredible support of Carter Machinery and the Caterpillar brand.

To have them riding with us for the 17th straight race this season means the world to me. We’re proud to represent the Cat brand at Bristol and will do everything we can to put both cars in position for success on Thursday night.

Additional associate marketing partners for the Bristol event include A.L.L. Construction Inc., Grant County Mulch, A&J Excavating, Cobra Mining, Champion Power Equipment, and Volt Battery Technology, all contributing to the team’s competitive efforts.

Championship Standings and Season Highlights Entering Bristol

Currently 52 years old, Jason Kitzmiller stands fourth in the ARCA Menards Series championship points, tied with Isabella Robusto. He trails third-place Lawless Alan by 78 points and points leader Brenden Queen by 139, with four races remaining. His team is also solidly positioned seventh in the championship owner standings.

Since his ARCA debut in 2020, Kitzmiller has made 42 starts, recording two top-five finishes and 19 top-10s, including a personal best third place at Daytona International Speedway earlier this year in February 2025.

The upcoming Bush’s Beans 200 will be the 17th race in the 20-event ARCA Menards Series East schedule. On Thursday, September 11, drivers will have a 45-minute practice session starting at 1:00 p.m., followed by General Tire Pole group qualifying at 2:00 p.m. Local fans can expect the green flag to drop shortly after 5:30 p.m. The race will be broadcast live on FOX Sports 1 and the FOX Sports App, with live timing and scoring available on ARCARacing.com.

Anticipation Builds for Bristol’s Intense Showdown

As the ARCA Menards Series approaches its closing stretch, Jason Kitzmiller and the A.L.L. Construction Racing team are embracing the challenge of Bristol’s demanding track with optimism and determination. Their focus on consistency, smart racing, and teamwork aims not only to bolster their championship standing but also to spotlight their growth as a competitive force in the series.

The father-son dynamic between Jason and Isaac adds a compelling personal narrative to the weekend, as they each seek success amid fierce competition. With experienced partners like Carter Machinery and a committed team behind them, Kitzmiller’s Bristol performance could mark a turning point for their ARCA season momentum, setting the stage for a strong finish in 2025.
