Ryan Blaney’s Wife Shares Sweet Moment with Therapy Horse Bo

Gianna Tulio, wife of NASCAR driver Ryan Blaney, recently posted touching photos of herself with their horse Bo, a therapy animal on their farm. During the visit, Tulio was seen embracing her baby bump while wearing a sleeveless bodycon dress, capturing a tender moment between her and the horse.

Their farm is home to several animals including goats, dogs, cats, and Bo, who serve as therapy animals for the Ryan Blaney Foundation. This program focuses on visiting nursing homes to bring comfort to patients suffering from Alzheimer’s and Dementia through animal-assisted therapy.

In her Instagram caption accompanying the images, Tulio wrote:

“Love visiting my handsome Bo,” —Gianna Tulio

Couple Shares Their Bond with Their “Heart Horse” Bo

Ryan Blaney and Gianna Tulio offered fans an intimate look at their farm and the animals they care for during an episode of NASCAR Pet Shop. The highlight was their horse Bo, described by Tulio as deeply meaningful to her.

Tulio explained her connection to Bo, saying:

“He’s my heart horse. I actually have a tattoo of him that’s exactly…the same face markings. But he’s definitely my baby. He’s my therapy animal. I love him so much and I’ll just come out here all the time and I’ll sit and I’ll hang out with him.” —Gianna Tulio

Blaney shared how his experience with horses changed over time, revealing a fearful childhood memory that once made him wary of horses:

“I don’t say I don’t like horses anymore. I used to be afraid of em’ because I got well, I got thrown off one when I was like eight. My neighbors had him and he bumped me off. So for a while I had this fear of like these are just terrible animals. Yeah, but once we got Bo, like I think it was just a bad kid experience. So, I like them now,” —Ryan Blaney

Family Milestones Amid Racing Season Highlights

On the racetrack, Blaney delivered consistent performances, finishing fourth at the Bass Pro Shops Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway, matching his placement from the previous race at Gateway. These results represented an improvement following his 18th-place finish in the playoff opener at Darlington Raceway.

Currently ranked ahead of his Team Penske teammates, Blaney sits fifth in the standings, holding a 19-point lead above the playoff cutline. He is preparing to compete at New Hampshire Motor Speedway to begin the Round of 12, aiming to maintain his strong playoff position.

The Impact of the Blaneys’ Animal Therapy Initiative

The therapy animals on the Blaney farm, particularly Bo the horse, play a significant role in the Ryan Blaney Foundation’s efforts to support vulnerable populations. By visiting nursing homes and interacting with patients living with Alzheimer’s and Dementia, the animals offer emotional comfort and companionship.

Gianna Tulio’s strong bond with Bo highlights the importance of animal therapy, not only for those in need but also for the caretakers themselves. As the couple grows their family and continues their racing careers, their commitment to combining personal passion with community care remains an integral part of their lives.
