Lewis Hamilton Dodges Kim Kardashian Romance Questions Ahead of F1

Lewis Hamilton has declined to respond to circulating rumors about a romantic relationship with Kim Kardashian. The seven-time Formula 1 champion and the founder of Skims became the focus of speculation in early February after sightings together in London and Paris stirred public interest.

Though no photos confirmed their meeting in London, the pair were photographed arriving at a Paris hotel together on Monday, February 2. The speculation intensified following their joint appearance during the Super Bowl on February 8, when they were seen seated together while watching the Patriots face the Seahawks.

Despite their long acquaintance spanning over ten years, this was one of the few public moments they shared recently. At his first Formula 1 media event post-Super Bowl, ahead of the 2026 preseason testing in Bahrain, Hamilton chose not to engage with the rumors directly.

When asked about the dating speculation, Hamilton stated,

“I don’t comment on those sorts of things, private life.”

On the second day of testing, Sky Sports’ Ted Kravitz confessed that he had refrained from questioning Hamilton about the rumors during an interview, explaining that he

“I was only going to ask if Kim was going to become a Tifosi like all Ferrari fans, but I chickened out,”

Valtteri Bottas, Hamilton’s former Mercedes teammate who appeared alongside Kravitz during the broadcast, reacted with laughter but offered no comment. Prior to these recent rumors, Kim Kardashian had never been romantically linked to Hamilton despite their numerous encounters at fashion and social events. There had been unconfirmed speculation in the past suggesting a possible relationship between Hamilton and Kardashian’s sister, Kendall Jenner, but nothing was ever confirmed.

Hamilton’s Views on Relationships Amidst His F1 Career

Lewis Hamilton has openly discussed the difficulty of maintaining personal relationships while managing the demands of a competitive Formula 1 career. In July 2025, he addressed how prioritizing his racing career has impacted his private life.

The most notable long-term relationship Hamilton had during his racing years was with singer Nicole Scherzinger, which lasted intermittently for approximately seven years before ending in 2015.

During an interview with RTBF the previous year, Hamilton reflected on the complexities involved in balancing romance and a rigorous professional schedule, stating,

“Yes, it’s very complicated, especially in today’s world,” said the Briton. “I see other drivers, and I wonder how they do it: some have children, are married, have girlfriends. I experienced this when I was in my twenties. I made a different choice: I decided to maximize the time I have here because it is shorter than you think. I don’t want to have any regrets, nor do I want to think that I could have given more.”

He further emphasized his commitment to focusing solely on his performance until his retirement, noting,

“For the last ten years, I have focused on my performance. And when I retire, I can do whatever I want. I will be able to devote myself to other things without constraint. As long as I’m competing, I stay focused on my health, well-being, mental health, and riding technique,”

Hamilton enters a critical phase in his career during the 2026 season. With Ferrari’s performance in 2025 falling short of expectations, the upcoming year could determine whether the driver decides to retire from Formula 1.
