Scott Dixon Set for 2024 IndyCar IMS Hall of Fame Induction

The Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum has revealed that IndyCar star Scott Dixon will be inducted into the prestigious Indianapolis Motor Speedway Hall of Fame in 2024. This honor recognizes Dixon’s outstanding achievements and impact at the historic racing venue.

Joining Giampaolo Dallara as one of the newest inductees, Dixon’s enduring legacy at IMS is marked by his skill and consistency over more than two decades of competition.

Scott Dixon’s Remarkable IMS Career Highlights

At 45 years old, Scott Dixon boasts an impressive record at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, including winning the iconic Indianapolis 500 in 2008 from pole position. He has also secured four additional pole positions at the Indy 500 and achieved six podium finishes across 23 starts.

Beyond the Indianapolis 500, Dixon has claimed two victories on the IMS road course, with his latest triumph coming in 2023. Recently honored as a Knight Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit, Dixon continues to represent his country with distinction.
