Patrick Staropoli is an American retina surgeon and professional stock car racing driver who competes part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, NASCAR Truck Series, and ARCA Menards Series. Born in 1989 in Plantation, Florida, he graduated summa cum laude from Harvard University in 2012 and earned his MD from the University of Miami in 2017. He won the 2013 PEAK Stock Car Dream Challenge and recorded his first NASCAR victory at Irwindale Speedway in 2014.
